Most Clean all the Snow runs that “look finished” are sitting at 96–99% because the percentage counts flakes the camera skipped. Why 97% is almost always geometry

The counter is not grading vibes. It is grading snow volume the server still owns. Decorative mounds in the thumbnail are obvious. Fence bottoms, welcome mats, garage-door rails, bike-rack U-bars, and the far side of a dump bin are not. A Snow Blower that “helped” at 98% often moved counted snow onto a clean rectangle. House-lot hideouts (in hunt order)

1. Driveway specks — any white on asphalt still counts. Official after-shots are fully black.
2. Garage-door rail and the two feet of wall beside it.
3. Front steps, mat, and under the porch railing.
4. Entire fence, both faces, including the neighbor side.
5. Behind bins, vents, and your own dump pile.
6. Curb cuts and mailbox bases.
7. Shadow side of the back mound after a Molotov.
8. The street you unlocked in the last two minutes while celebrating.

Walk the property line once slowly. Do not spiral. Spirals miss the same corner three times and call it a bug.

School Map hideouts

School Ending is still rare because racks and stairs eat flakes. Hunt:

• Every U-bar in the courtyard. Blowers scatter snow under racks.
• Each stair tread, camera aimed at the riser.
• Curb of the bus loop after a Plow pass — plows miss the seam.
• Bleachers, portable-classroom skirts, and the rim of the marketing mound.
• The wing you opened while the tank was already full.

If the bar is yellow, do not open another hallway. Beat the timer is the stop-expanding rule. Checklist ticks the same list if you want boxes instead of prose.

Tools for the last three percent

• Vacuum — default. Beam the base, not the sky.
• Shovel — under benches and car skirts. Tweezers, not a personality.
• Molotov — only if a monument is the remaining chunk. Then Vacuum ash-adjacent flakes. Pass text: burn a huge area instantly. Prices: gamepasses.
• Snow Blower / Plow — holstered. They create leftover snow at this stage.

Co-op at 95% needs inspectors, not more dumpers. One player calls streets, one watches the bar, one hunts porches. Twelve people on the mound scatter the last percent. Co-op.

What leftover snow is not

It is not a hidden toilet-paper item. It is not a Trello puzzle. It is not a Clean all the leaves class roll. A two-minute drill

After you think you are done, do not walk to the story trigger. Pitch the camera, run the eight house points or the School list, then look at the bar. If it moved, you found geometry. If it did not, you missed a newly unlocked street. Repeat once. Then either the secret ending pops, or you take Normal and note which zone lied to you for the next run.

Pretty snow against a fence is still snow. The badge names on Roblox are literal. School Ending, SECRET ENDING!, and NORMAL ENDING! all care about what the server still counts, not what the screenshot looks like. Live counts belong on badges. Patch changes to dump points land in patch notes.
